Person Who Made the Contract 立契約書人

Party A and Party B agree to handle this travel matter in accordance with the following agreements.
甲乙雙方同意就本旅遊事項，依下列約定辦理。

I.Accommodation Arrangements Instructions 住宿安排說明 

1. Regarding the request for a "double room" or a "twin room", Party A must take the initiative before paying the deposit.
   對於「雙人房」double room或「雙床房」twin room的要求，甲方需在付訂金前就主動提出。
2. For room types that require a "twin room", 90% of cases will be settled with an "extra bed". The extra bed may be a single bed next to it, which will of course reduce the space in the room, or it may be arranged directly in the room. If you cannot accept the sofa bed, please make your request to the travel customizer at the beginning. Party B will try its best to arrange a room with two beds (not extra beds, not sofa beds), but this will definitely affect Party A’s choice of hotel, because most hotels do not have a twin room type.
   要求「雙床房」twin room的房型，9成會以「加床」方式解決，加的床可能是一張旁邊的單人床，當然將會減少房間內的空間，或是直接安排房間內的沙發床，若不能接受，請在一開始就跟旅遊訂制師提出需求。乙方會盡力安排兩張床（非加床，非沙發床）的房間，但肯定會影響甲方旅館的選擇，因為大部分旅館沒有twin room雙床房型。
3. For accommodation listed separately in the itinerary, Party B reserves the right to change it to "or equivalent".
   行程單列的住宿，乙方保留「或同級」的更動權利。
4. Party A has a preference for accommodation, and needs to inform Party A of the hotel ranking before paying the deposit. (Please tell 1-5 at a time.) Party B will book rooms in the order of Party A's preference. If the first place cannot be booked, Just book the second pick and follow this principle. If there are no rooms in the order, Party B will book accommodation of the same level for Party A.
   甲方有喜好住宿的排序，需在付訂金之前告知甲方的飯店排序，（請一次就告知1-5名排序）乙方依甲方的喜好順序下去訂房，第一順位若是訂不到，就訂第二順位，依此原則下去訂。若排序都沒有房間，乙方會替甲方訂同級住宿。
5. If several of the rooms listed by Party A cannot be booked, but Party A does not want the uncertainty of "accommodation of the same level" and would rather book it on its own, please inform the travel planner directly "My room is not booked, please inform me to book it on my own" 』.
   如果甲方排序的幾間訂不到，但甲方不想要「同級住宿」的不確定性，寧願自行訂，請直接告知旅遊訂制師『我的順位沒訂到請通知我自行訂房』。
6. Odd number of people: If the number of people traveling together is not an even number, someone will be left alone. For single rooms, an additional 15% of the trip fee will be charged. If you don’t want the extra price for a single room, you can choose a triple room.
   奇數人數情況：如果同行的人數不是雙數，就會有人落單。單人房者，外加行程費用的15%。如果不想要單人房加價，可以選擇3人房。
7. Bed type conditions of triple rooms: Most triple rooms in Morocco are not "three single beds". Most hotels and accommodations do not have such room types. There is a high chance that it will be "a double bed + a single bed", and two people in the same room will sleep on a double bed. Riad, a unique accommodation spot, is an accommodation converted from a traditional Moroccan garden house. Due to the reconstruction of an old house, the extra single bed is often a sofa bed. Choosing a triple room is deemed to agree to the above triple room arrangement.
   三人房之床型狀況：摩洛哥三人房大部份情況不是「三張單人床」，大部份旅館及住宿點沒有這樣房型。很大機會是「一張雙人床＋一張單人床」，同房的人當中有兩位要睡在一張雙人床上。特色的住宿點Riad摩洛哥傳統庭園住宅改建的住宿，由於老屋改建，空間的關係，外加的單人床也常是沙發床。選擇三人房視同同意上述三人房之安排。
8. Accommodation in Morocco does not pay attention to the "view outside the window". Located in the Riad in the old town, the alley outside the house is very narrow, the buildings are very close together, and there is almost no view outside the window. It is not possible to request the view outside the room window.
   摩洛哥的住宿沒有注重「窗外景觀」。位於老城區內的Riad，屋外巷子很窄小，棟距也很近，窗外幾乎沒有景觀可言。恕無法要求房間窗外景觀。
9. Urban problems such as power outages/water outages in old cities, and small insects in canyons and desert wilderness areas will inevitably cause small insects to enter the room. This is not the responsibility of Party B. Requests for refund of accommodation fees, compensation, etc. will not be accepted for this reason.
   老城區停電/停水等城市問題，峽谷及沙漠較荒野地區難免會有小昆蟲進入房內，非乙方之責，恕不接受以此理由要求退住宿費賠償等要求。
10. From June to August in summer, the high temperature in the Sahara may exceed 40 degrees, and sometimes even reach as high as 55 degrees. Sometimes the air conditioners in hotels in the desert are so hot that they cannot operate at all, or even if they are running all the time, they cannot cool down. This is because the machines cannot resist the natural climate. There is really nothing we can do in this situation, so we will not be able to request refunds or compensation due to the air-conditioning factor.
    夏季6-8月，撒哈拉高溫可能超過40度，甚至有時高達55度，沙漠區的旅館冷氣有時會熱到完全無法運作，或是即便一直運作卻無法降溫，這是機器無法對抗大自然氣候，遇到這種情況實在是沒辦法，所以恕無法因為冷氣因素要求退費或賠償。
11. "Riad" accommodation in an old house converted from a traditional Moroccan garden house. Each room has a different size and decoration. No refund or compensation will be requested due to "unfair room sizes".
    安排「Riad」摩洛哥傳統庭園住宅改建的老屋住宿點，這是摩洛哥的特色，充滿文化韻味。但老屋改建並位於老城區小巷弄中，當然與「旅館」是完全不同體驗。每間房間的大小與格局都不同。如果您是習慣或喜歡住飯店的人，或是朋友出遊很在乎房間大小公平性的旅客，請慎重與旅遊訂制師討論您的入住選擇。恕無法因為「房間大小不同不公平」要求退費或補償。
12. "After the deposit is credited but before Party B completes the booking", Party A indicates that he wants to book a certain accommodation by himself, and the room rate will be partially refunded by €15 per person per night. (We will not be able to arrange a visit without actually checking in.)
    甲方於「訂金入帳之後，但乙方尚未完成訂房之前」，表明要自行訂某住宿，房價部分退€15每晚每位。（未實際辦理入住，恕無法安排參觀。）
13. If Party A says that he wants to book his own accommodation after Party B's itinerary has been changed to "Reservation Confirmed", Party B has already made the reservation, so the room fee will not be refunded at all.
    若甲方在乙方行程單上已經改為「訂房已確認」之後才說要自訂住宿，乙方已經訂房完成，所以房費完全不退款。（未實際辦理入住，恕無法安排參觀。）
14. Party A’s customized accommodation is limited to “accommodation locations that have not cooperated with Party B”. If Party A’s customized accommodation chooses an accommodation location that already has a contract with Party B, no refund will be given.
    甲方自訂住宿限定「未與乙方合作之住宿點」，若甲方自訂住宿選擇與乙方已經有合約之住宿點，則不退款。

​​II.Refund policy 退款規定

1. 1.All activities can be canceled two months in advance, and the itinerary fee will be fully refunded after deducting handling fees.
   所有活動可以提前二個月取消，行程費用扣除手續費後全額退費。
2. Within one to two months, 50% of the total trip amount will be refunded after deducting the handling fee. (If Party A pays a deposit of 50% of the total amount, it means that the deposit is non-refundable)
   一至二個月內，行程總金額之50%扣除手續費後退費。（若甲方付訂金為總金額之50%，意即訂金不退）
3. Within 30 days, the total amount of the trip cannot be refunded or transferred. If 50% of the deposit has been paid, please make up the balance.
   30天內，行程總金額無法退費，亦無法轉讓。訂金已支付50%者，請補足尾款。
4. Refund handling fee calculation 退款手續費計算
   1. Euro transfer: €20 postage fee + 0.05% of the transfer amount (minimum €5), which will be deducted from the payment first. The handling fees of the intermediary bank and the counterparty bank shall be paid by Party A.
      歐元轉帳：€20郵電費+轉帳金額的0.05%（最低€5），這部分先由款項中扣除。中間行及對方銀行手續費，由甲方支付。
   2. Administrative fee for Taiwan dollar transfer: NT$300.
      台幣轉帳行政費用：NT$300。
   3. RMB transfer: ¥100 handling fee + 0.05% of the transfer amount (minimum RMB 30)
      人民幣轉帳：¥100手續費+轉帳金額的0.05%（最低人民幣¥30）

III.Modification date rules 修改日期規定

1. For rescheduling requests made before 61 days before departure (excluding the start date of the trip), Party B will provide one rescheduling fee-free. For the second or more rescheduling requests, a rescheduling fee of €40 will be charged for each rescheduling.
   行前61天以前（不含行程開始日）的改期要求，乙方提供一次免手續費改期，第二次以上，每次改期將酌收€40之改期手續費。
2. If the date is modified from 31 days to 60 days before the trip (excluding the trip start date), a rescheduling fee of 15% of the total amount will be incurred. To cover hotel penalties for cancellation of the original check-in date.
   行前31天至60天（不含行程開始日）修改日期，會產生總金額15%的改期費。用以支付取消原入住日期的旅館罰金。
3. If the date is modified from 30 days to 8 days before the trip (excluding the trip start date), a rescheduling fee of 30% of the total amount will be incurred. To cover hotel penalties for cancellation of the original check-in date.
   行前30天內至8天前（不含行程開始日）修改日期，會產生總金額30%的改期費。用以支付取消原入住日期的旅館罰金。
4. Date modifications are not accepted within 7 days before the trip (excluding the trip start date). If the trip fails, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited directly to pay the hotel penalty for canceling the original check-in date, and please make up the balance.
   行前7天內（不含行程開始日）不接受修改日期，未能成行者，訂金50%直接沒入用以支付取消原入住日期的旅館罰金，並請補足尾款。
5. Party A must first pay the rescheduling fee before Party B can proceed with the rescheduling work.
   甲方必須先補足改期費，乙方才進行改期相關工作。
6. If you reschedule, you cannot guarantee that you will be able to book the accommodation originally arranged. If the newly selected stay date is less than four months before your check-in date, you may not be able to book your favorite accommodation.
   而改期無法保證訂到原安排之住宿點。新選定住宿日期如果距離入住時間少於四個月，可能會訂不到喜歡的住宿點。

IV.Modify the number of people required 修改人數規定

1. Due to Party B’s pricing method, the more people participate, the cheaper the unit price will be. Therefore, when a member of the group cancels the trip for any reason after paying for the reservation, the above-mentioned "refund regulations" will apply to the person who cancels the trip based on the time of withdrawal.
   由於乙方定價方式，越多人參加，客單價越便宜。所以當團員當中有人在付訂之後因故取消行程，取消行程者，依據提出退出之時間點，適用上述「退款規定」。
2. For the remaining group members who continue to participate in the itinerary, due to the withdrawal of some members, the unit price per guest will also become higher. Party B will re-provide a quotation with a reduced number of people when the members withdraw.
   其餘繼續參加行程的團員，由於有人退出，所以每位團員之客單價也會變高，乙方將在成員退出時，重新提供人數減少後的報價單。
3. After placing the reservation (paying the deposit), if you modify the number of people (increase or decrease the group members), an administrative fee of €20 will be charged for each modification.
   在下訂（支付訂金）之後，再修改人數（增加或減少團員），每次修改酌收行政手續費用€20。
4. The deposit originally paid by the withdrawing member cannot be transferred to other members.
   退出團員原本支付的訂金，恕無法轉讓給其他團員。
5. If a person withdraws within 30 days, the total amount of the trip cannot be refunded or transferred. 50% of the deposit paid is non-refundable and the remaining 50% must be paid. If the amount is not paid, Party B will collect the remaining balance from the other members on the first day they arrive in Morocco (including the balance that should be made up by those who withdraw).
   退出者若於30天內提出，其行程總金額無法退費，亦無法轉讓。訂金已支付50%不退，並且必須補足尾款50%。若不補足，乙方將於其他團員抵達摩洛哥第一天向團員收取尾款（包含退出者應該補足的尾款）。
6. If there are temporary circumstances that prevent the trip from happening before the trip, Party B will charge according to the above regulations. This practice is completely in compliance with the law. If Party A places an order, it means that it agrees to the above terms.
   在行前若遇到臨時情況，導致無法成行，乙方將依上述規定收費。此項做法完全符合法令，若甲方下訂單，即表示同意上述條款。
7. Party A is responsible for purchasing "trip cancellation insurance" by itself after placing the order. In order to avoid unexpected situations before the trip and being unable to make the trip, causing losses to yourself.
   甲方有責任在下訂單之後自行投保「旅程取消保險」。以免在行前遇到意外狀況無法成行，造成自身損失。

V.Entrust an agent to issue a visa on arrival 委託代辦落地簽

1. Only Taiwanese nationals need to apply for a visa on arrival. You can submit the application by yourself. Please refer to “Morocco Visa and Air Ticket (Updated in 2023/11) Assistance for Delivery of Documents/Passengers for Self-Submission”
   僅台灣籍需要辦理落地簽，可自行送件申辦，請參考「摩洛哥簽證與機票 (2023/11更新) 代送件 / 旅客自送件協助」
2. Party B's visa application service includes: checking that the documents are complete, checking that the content is correct, sending it in Party B's company envelope, and assisting in inquiring about the progress.
   乙方的代送簽證申請服務包含：檢查文件齊全，檢查內容無誤，以乙方的公司信封寄送，協助詢問進度。
3. Whether a visa is issued or not is the competence of the Moroccan diplomatic unit. There are many reasons why the visa is not issued. It may be an issue with the efficiency of the Moroccan diplomatic office or an issue with the identity of Party A. If a visa is not issued, Party B does not have any joint liability and shall not seek compensation from Party B due to the failure to issue a visa.
   簽證是否核發是摩洛哥外交單位的權限，簽證未核發的理由很多，可能摩洛哥外交辦公室效率問題，也可能是甲方身份問題。未獲核發簽證，乙方無任何連帶責任，不得因未成功核發簽證向乙方求償。

VI.Refund regulations for unissued visa on arrival 落地簽證未核發退款規定

For customers who ordered Party B’s private tour, the visa on arrival was not issued as scheduled:

訂購乙方私人團的客戶，委辦落地簽卻未如期核發者：

1. 7 days before departure, if you still haven’t received your visa after making phone inquiries.
   在出發前7天，若電話查詢後還是沒有拿到簽證。
2. If the trip is canceled first, the deposit will be retained indefinitely and can be arranged at a later time. Or transfer it to Party A’s relatives and friends. (We will not seek transferors on our behalf)
   行程先取消，訂金無限期保留，可安排之後的時間來。或是轉讓給甲方的親友。（恕不代尋轉讓人）
3. If you cancel the arranged reservations and drivers, Party B will bear these loss costs.
   取消已經安排的訂房及司機，這些損失成本由乙方吸收。
4. If the package is delivered by oneself without being authorized to sign on arrival, Party B cannot refund or retain the deposit.
   自行送件未委辦落地簽者，乙方不能退訂金及保留訂金。

VII.Apply for a visa on arrival by yourself if you do not obtain the relevant requirements 自行辦理落地簽證若是沒取得相關規定

Since Morocco currently does not have an official travel agency that can handle the matter, if you do not get a visa on arrival after sending your documents by yourself, if you still do not get a visa after making phone inquiries 7 days before departure, your trip will be canceled and your deposit will be retained indefinitely. Refunds cannot be processed.

由於摩洛哥官方目前沒有開放旅行社代辦，因應此狀況，自行送件未委辦落地簽者，在出發前7天，若電話查詢後還是沒有拿到簽證，行程先取消，訂金無限期保留。恕無法辦理退費。

VIII.Children's charges孩童收費標準

1. 0-4 years old (full): free. Does not occupy bed and does not include meals.
   0-4歲(足)：免費。不佔床、不含餐。
2. Ages 5 (feet)-11 (feet): half price.
   5(足)-11歲(足)：半價。
3. 12 years old (inclusive) and above: full price.
   12歲(含)以上：全額收費。
4. For every two adults, one child can be paired with a special offer (half price/free). If not paired with two adults, the full price will be charged.
   每兩位成年人，可以搭配一位特惠(半價/免費)之孩童。若無搭配兩位成人，則全額收費。
5. For actual registration and room allocation arrangements, please privately message the editor for confirmation.
   實際報名及配房安排，請私訊小編確認。

IX.Car arrangement standards 座車安排標準

1. Vehicle allocation shall be determined by the Company based on group size and actual vehicle availability in the local market. Groups of two to three participants shall be assigned a 4x4 SUV; four to five participants, a seven-seat MPV; six participants, a nine-seat MPV; and groups of seven or more participants, a seventeen-seat mini bus. Vehicle brand and model are subject to local availability and driver assignment, and specific vehicle requests cannot be guaranteed.
   本公司依照出團人數及市場實際可調度車輛情況進行安排：
   - 2～3人，將安排 4x4 SUV越野休旅車
   - 4~5人，將安排7人座多功能休旅車。
   - 6人，將安排 9人座多功能休旅車。
   - 7人以上團體，則安排 17人座小型巴士。
   實際車型之品牌與款式，將依行程期間當地租車市場之供應狀況及司機安排為準，恕無法依旅客個別指定車型。
2. Party B shall make vehicle arrangements based on the space of one suitcase per person and one carry-on bag (the boarding box is counted as one suitcase). Within this luggage capacity, Party B will definitely arrange a car model that can accommodate the luggage.
   乙方依每人一箱行李箱，外加一隨身包的空間做車輛安排（登機箱算一件行李箱），在此行李量範圍內，乙方絕對安排放得下行李的車型。
3. If you have additional luggage (for example, two large suitcases per person, or the photography team has a lot of equipment) and you want to arrange a larger vehicle at a higher price, please inform us in advance, and Party B will quote the price based on the actual car rental situation.
   若有增加行李（例如：一人兩大箱行李箱，或是攝影組裝備較多）欲加價安排更大車輛，請事先告知，乙方依實際租車情況報價。
4. If not informed in advance, the luggage space will be compressed and the seat space in the car will be crowded. If you change cars temporarily, you will need to pay for an extra day of support schedule for each of the two cars, as well as the price difference for the upgraded model.
   若不先行告知，致行李空間壓縮到車內座位空間擁擠，臨時換車需支付兩台車各多一日的支援日程費用，以及升級車型的差價。
5. If you want to arrange two seats for one person, you will need to pay extra for car replacement. Please also inform us in advance so that we can arrange a car.
   若想要安排一人兩座位，需加價換車款，亦請提前告知，以便安排車輛。

X.Disclaimer 免責條款

1. Party B will only arrange transportation, airlines, hotels, accommodation and other travel agency services related to the Moroccan itinerary. When Party A who orders Party B's itinerary encounters (including but not limited to) property damage, accidental casualties, natural disasters, machine failures, traffic delays, fires, strikes, wars, political unrest or government changes in regulations resulting in losses or additional expenses, It has nothing to do with Party B.
   乙方僅安排摩洛哥行程內相關之交通、航空公司、酒店及住宿及其他旅遊機構之服務。凡訂購乙方行程之甲方，遇（包括但不限於）財物損失、意外傷亡、天災人禍、機器失靈、交通延誤、失火、罷工、戰爭、政局不安或政府更改條例而引致損失或額外費用時，概與乙方無涉。
2. The means of transportation (including but not limited to) airplanes, ships, trains or buses or other means of transportation, accommodation, meals, tourist attractions or any activities arranged by Party B on behalf of Party A are not owned, managed or operated by Party B, but are operated by Party B. Other independent service providers operate and manage themselves. Therefore, Party B does not bear any responsibility for accidents caused by negligence or intention of such institutions, persons or third parties.
   乙方代甲方安排之交通工具（包括但不限於）飛機、輪船、火車或巴士或其他運輸工具等、住宿、膳食、旅遊觀光景點或任何活動均非由乙方擁有、管理或操作，而是由其他獨立的服務供應商自行營運及管理。因此乙方毋須為該等機構、人士或第三方因疏忽或有意造成之事故負任何責任。
3. The arrangements made by Party B on behalf of Party A, or any tickets, exchange documents, receipts, contracts or bills, etc. issued on behalf of the above-mentioned service agency unit, are issued to Party A in accordance with the rules and terms pre-established by the above-mentioned service agency unit (including (but not limited to) In the event of traffic delays, baggage loss, property damage, accidental casualties and any losses, Party A shall contact the owner, manager or operator of the relevant means of transportation, hotels and accommodations, restaurants, tourist attractions, entertainment projects or any activities. The organization directly negotiates to recover or demand compensation. Party B shall not be responsible for such loss, casualties or losses.
   而該等由乙方代甲方作出之安排，或代上述服務機構單位簽發之任何票券、交換文件、收據、合約或票據等，乃按照上述服務機構單位預先擬定的規則條款簽發甲方（包括但不限於）遇交通延誤、行李損失、財物損失、意外傷亡及任何損失等，甲方請向擁有、管理或操作有關交通工具、酒店及住宿、食肆、旅遊觀光點、娛樂項目或任何活動之機構直接交涉追討或要求賠償。乙方概不對該等遺失、傷亡或損失負責。
4. Party B is also not responsible for any negligence or dereliction of duty by non-Party B employees. Party A shall conduct recovery negotiations in accordance with the relevant rules and provisions of the relevant service agencies. If Party A encounters any accident during the trip (including but not limited to) when participating in any entertainment or game projects, resulting in casualties or property losses, Party B will not be responsible for such casualties or property losses.
   對於非乙方職員之任何疏忽或失職，乙方也概不負責。甲方應根據有關服務機構單位之有關規則條款進行追討交涉。甲方在行程中遇上任何事故（包括但不限於）參加任何娛樂或遊戲項目時發生意外，而導致傷亡或財物損失乙方概不對該等傷亡或財物損失負責。
5. Party B has the right to change the items in the itinerary according to the situation, and also has the right to shorten or extend the journey. At that time, the cost will be increased or decreased at the discretion of Party A and Party A will not object.
   乙方有權因應情況替換行程內之項目，亦有權縮短或延長旅程，屆時費用將酌量增減甲方不得異議
6. All hotels and accommodations are arranged according to the itinerary, and Party B has the right to make changes depending on the prevailing circumstances (including but not limited to) in the event of over-accommodation or special circumstances, the accommodation will be replaced by hotels and accommodations of the same level in nearby cities. If any attractions in the itinerary (including but not limited to) are closed or closed during festivals, holidays or special circumstances, they will be replaced by other itineraries; the order of the itinerary is based on the itinerary and is subject to the current driving conditions or Party A's stay time. Can be adjusted. Restaurant arrangements (including but not limited to) due to festivals, renovations or special circumstances will be replaced by other restaurants.
   所有酒店及住宿根據行程安排，乙方有權視乎當時情形作出更改（包括但不限於）遇住宿方超額收房或特殊情況下，將住宿鄰近城市之同等級酒店及住宿代替。行程之任何景點（包括但不限於）遇節日、假期或特殊情況下關閉或休息將會以其他行程代替；而行程先後次序安排均以行程單為參考，視當下行車狀況或甲方停留時間狀況可作調整。餐廳安排（包括但不限於）遇節日、裝修或特殊情況下，將以其他餐廳代替。
7. Any transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, restaurants, etc. arranged in the itinerary are group reservations. Once confirmed and ordered, no money will be refunded to those who cannot use it under any circumstances; (including but not limited to) Party A If there are any requirements that are different from group arrangements, Party B shall try its best to arrange them for Party A, but Party A must pay all costs incurred, including but not limited to Party B's administrative fees.
   行程中所安排之任何交通、住宿、觀光、餐廳等項目，均屬團體訂位，一經確認及訂購後不論任何情況下而未能使用者概不退回任何款項；（包括但不限於）甲方有任何有別於團體安排之要求，乙方當盡力為甲方安排，惟甲方須繳付因此而引致的一切費用，包括而不限於乙方的行政費用。
8. Party A arranges air tickets by itself, and all matters related to air tickets are borne by Party A. If Party A's flight is delayed or canceled due to weather problems, machine failure or other unpredictable circumstances, or fails to arrive on time, or if circumstances require a change of destination, Party A will not receive any refund. Party A must pay the relevant fees for any arrangements made by Party B to assist in connection or modification.
   甲方自行安排機票，一切有關於機票的任何事宜都由甲方自行承擔。甲方倘若因機票航班因天氣問題、機器失靈或其他未能預知之情況下延誤或取消，或未能按時到達，或因情況需要更改目的地，甲方將不獲任何退款。乙方協助接駁或改訂之任何安排，甲方須支付相關費用。
9. If Party A wants to stay locally after the trip, Party B shall try its best to book accommodation and arrange airport transportation for Party A. Party A will be responsible for the expenses incurred during the stay and any liabilities incurred during the stay.
   甲方在行程結束之後欲停留當地，乙方當盡力為甲方代訂住宿與安排送機交通。延留當地之費用及期間衍生任何責任，均由甲方自負。

Entering Morocco 入境

1. Party A has nothing to do with Party B if it is refused or delayed by the local immigration bureau or customs due to its own background problems or for any reason when entering the country with a valid entry visa and travel document. All fees are not refundable or transferable, and Party A must pay any additional fees incurred during the period.
   甲方持有效之入境簽証及旅遊證件入境時，因其本身背景問題，或因任何原因而遭當地移民局或海關拒絕入境或引致延誤入境，概與乙方無關。所有費用不得退回或轉讓，甲方須自行繳付期間引致之額外費用。
2. Party A must abide by the regulations of the Moroccan government, (including but not limited to) the prohibition of carrying contraband, the prohibition of carrying aerial photography machines, the prohibition of smoking in hotels and accommodation rooms, and other local illegal regulations; violators shall be responsible for their own responsibility. Party B reserves the right to recover the resulting losses.
   甲方須遵守摩洛哥政府之條例，（包括但不限於）嚴禁攜帶違禁品、禁止攜帶航拍機、禁止酒店及住宿房間內吸煙，及其他當地違法條例等；違例者須自行負責。乙方保留追討因而引至的損失。
3. All entry and exit, visa, isolation and quarantine measures are subject to announcements by the Moroccan government.
   所有出入境、簽證、隔離及檢疫之措施，均以摩洛哥政府公布為準。
4. The execution of the itinerary may be changed, increased or decreased due to special circumstances or arrangements for COVID-19 nucleic acid testing (PCR). Party A shall not request refunds or compensation.
   行程內容上的執行，可能因特殊情況下或新冠病毒核酸檢測(PCR)之安排而有所改動或增減，甲方不得藉此要求退款或賠償。
5. If anyone in the group is diagnosed with COVID-19 during the trip and the local government makes relevant epidemic prevention arrangements, Party A shall not request a refund or compensation, and Party A shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
   若團內任何人士途中確診新冠病毒而被當地政府作出相關防疫安排，甲方不得藉此要求退款或賠償，甲方須自行負責因而產生的額外費用。

Itinerary 行程

1. All activities in the itinerary are designed and arranged based on overall needs. When participating in these activities, Party A should abide by the instructions and arrangements of the service staff, and make their own assessment of the individual's age, physique, health status, as well as the local weather environment and activity content. etc., in order to evaluate whether they should participate, and they must bear all the consequences of liability arising therefrom. If Party A decides to participate in the itinerary at the moment, it will be deemed that Party A agrees and determines that he is suitable to participate in this activity. During the activity, if any situation arises that causes Party A to consider it necessary to stop, Party A is responsible for taking the initiative.
   行程中各項活動皆按整體需要而設計及安排，甲方參加此等活動時應遵守服務人員之指引及安排，並自行衡量個人的年齡、體格、健康狀況、以及當地的天氣環境及活動內容等，以評估應否參與，並須承擔由此而引致的一切責任後果。甲方當下決定參與行程項目，視同甲方同意並認定自己適合參與此項活動。活動進行中，若與到任何狀況導致甲方認為有需要停止，甲方有責任主動提出。
2. Certain tourist activities during the trip may have potential risks, including but not limited to activities involving animals, riding animals, tracking wildlife, scuba diving, snorkeling, hot air ballooning, mountain hiking, mountain climbing, skydiving, sailing, and winter activities.(Including but not limited to) skiing, etc. may cause illness, loss or even casualties. Party A should clear the information before participating in such activities. understands the potential risks involved and must take full responsibility for his own health and safety (including but not limited to) any foreseeable or unpredictable physical discomfort, illness, loss or even casualty accidents, and Party B cannot be held responsible for this. and its agents for any legal liability or additional compensation.
   旅程中某些旅遊活動或具有潛在風險包括但不限於活動牽涉動物、策騎動物、追蹤野生動物、水肺潛水、浮潛、熱氣球、高山健行活動、攀山、跳傘、帆船、冬季活動（包括但不限於）滑雪等均有可能引致疾病、損失甚至傷亡甲方在參加該等活動前應清楚明白其中的潛在風險，並必須為自己的健康及安全負上全部責任（包括但不限於）遇上任何可預知或不可預知的身體不適、疾病、損失甚至傷亡的意外，亦不能因此追究乙方及其代理人任何法律責任或額外賠償。
3. Party A (including but not limited to) leaves the group on its own during the trip or abandons the itinerary and leaves the group. All consequences including insurance claims have nothing to do with Party B or its agent.
   甲方（包括但不限於）在旅途中自行離團或放棄行程離團後，之責任自負包括保險索償一切後果與乙方或其代理人公司無關。
4. Party A should confirm the relevant travel warnings before participating in any of Party B's tour groups. It will be upgraded to red alert only after registration. Party B will retain the deposit indefinitely. No transfer is pending. If Party A cancels or changes the date of the itinerary due to an outbound travel warning in its own country, rescheduling/cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the itinerary modification regulations.
   甲方參加乙方之各線旅行團前請自行確認相關旅遊警示，在報名之後才升級為紅色警戒，乙方無限期保留定金。恕不待尋轉讓人。甲方因自身國家懸掛外遊警示而自行取消或是更改行程日期，依照行程修改規定收取改期費/取消費。
5. The details found by Party A in the itinerary leaflet are for reference only. Party B, its agents and local service agencies will try their best to provide all (including but not limited to) air tickets, hotels, meals, itineraries and other arrangements as stated in the itinerary leaflet. However, in the event of special circumstances and non-Party B or other Factors beyond the control of the entrusting agency may lead to the increase or decrease of visit points in the itinerary, or the sequence of the itinerary may be adjusted or modified. Party B, its agent, and local service agencies shall have full authority to handle the matter according to the circumstances at that time. Group members may not object or withdraw for any reason. . Party A agrees and accepts the final arrangement and will not regard this final arrangement as a violation of the itinerary. If the visit is canceled for any reason, no refund will be given.
   甲方在行程單張所見之詳情，謹供參考。所有（包括但不限於）機票、酒店、膳食、行程等安排，乙方及其代理人公司及當地服務機構單位，將盡力按照行程單張上所載提供，但若遇特殊情況及非乙方或其委託機構所能控制之因素，致行程參觀點有增減，或行程先後次序有調動及修改，乙方及其代理人公司及當地服務機構單位得依當時情況全權盡力處理，團員不得藉故反對或退出。甲方同意及接受最終的安排及，不會視這最終的安排當作違反行程單的說明。因故取消之參訪點，將不獲退還款項。
6. Party B handles all Party A’s information in accordance with Moroccan official regulations.
   乙方根據摩洛哥官方規定處理所有甲方之資料。
7. If Party A needs to make special arrangements or provide assistance (including but not limited to) medical aids during the tour due to personal reasons, this must be mentioned at the time of registration so that Party B can try its best to make arrangements to meet Party A's needs; however, if due to final reasons If Party B fails to meet Party A's requirements due to service provider conditions or other reasons, Party A will be notified and arranged to withdraw from the group. Party B also has the right to cancel Party A's reservation. At that time, Party A may temporarily cancel as follows: And refund method to get back all the money paid.
   If Party A does not request special arrangements or assistance at the time of registration, and Party B must temporarily make special arrangements or assistance to provide services in the tour group during the tour, Party B has the right to request Party A for the special arrangements or assistance. Charge Party B the fee that Party B deems appropriate.
   甲方如因個人之原因須在旅行團途中作特別安排或協助（包括但不限於）醫療輔助器材，必須於報名時提出，以便乙方能盡量作出安排以滿足甲方所須；但若最終因服務提供者的條件所限或其他原因乙方未能符合甲方之要求，將通知甲方及安排甲方退團，乙方亦有權取消甲方之訂位，屆時，甲方可按照以下臨時取消及退款辦法取回悉數已繳交之款項。
   如甲方未有在報名時提出特別安排或協助之要求，而在旅行團途中須由乙方臨時作出旅行團內能提供服務之特別安排或協助，則乙方有權就特別安排或協助向甲方收取乙方認為合適之費用。
8. For meals arranged by the tour group, (including but not limited to) Party A’s request to exclude certain ingredients or arrange other menus due to sensitivity or personal eating habits, this must be submitted at the time of registration. Party B and the host unit will try to make special arrangements; Party A If you are allergic to certain foods or have weak gastrointestinal function, you should check whether the food you eat is suitable. Party B is not allowed to claim compensation for any gastrointestinal problems during the journey.    旅行團安排之膳食，（包括但不限於）甲方因敏感或個人飲食習慣要求撇除某些食材或安排其他餐單，須於報名時提出，乙方及接待單位會嘗試作出特別安排；甲方對某種食物敏感，或腸胃功能較弱，應自行確認所食用之食物是否合適。旅程中所有腸胃問題均不得向乙方求償。若最終因條件所限未能迎合甲方需要，但旅途中甲方堅持所要求之特定安排，乙方有權徵收該甲方額外費用。
9. There is no purchasing pressure at all shopping points in the itinerary. Guests are asked to make their own careful purchases, try them on and check on the spot, and confirm the packaging. Please ask the store to confirm the product immediately if it is sent back to the hotel, otherwise the product will not be accepted if it is incorrect. In terms of shopping, Party B is not responsible for any goods, and cannot assist in returns or exchanges when leaving the city.
   行程中所有購物點均無購買壓力，客人請自行認真選購，當場試穿檢查，確認包裝。請店家代送回旅館的商品也請即刻確認，不正確就不收貨。購物方面乙方不付任何商品之責，離開該城市也無法協助退換貨。
10. Certain tourism activities during the trip may have potential risks, including (but not limited to) activities involving animals, riding animals, hot air ballooning, hiking activities, mountain climbing, winter activities such as (but not limited to) snow walking, skiing, etc. It may cause illness, loss or even death. Guests should clearly understand the potential risks before participating in such activities, and must take full responsibility for their own health and safety. For example, but not limited to any foreseeable or unpredictable physical discomfort, illness, loss or even casualty accident, Party B cannot be held responsible for any legal liability or additional compensation.
    旅程中某些旅遊活動或具有潛在風險包括（但不限於）活動牽涉動物 、 策騎動物 、 熱氣球 、 健行活動 、 攀山 、冬季活動例如(但不限於)雪地行走、滑雪等，均有可能引致疾病 、損失甚至傷亡，客人在參加該等活動前應清楚明白其中的潛在風險，並必須為自己的健康及安全負上全部責任。例如但不限於遇上任何可預知或不可預知的身體不適、 疾病、損失甚至傷亡的意外，亦不能因此追究乙方任何法律責任或額外賠償 。

Insurance 保險

1. Party A must purchase comprehensive travel insurance and clearly understand the coverage. (Including but not limited to) Party A purchases comprehensive travel insurance on its own, remembering to check that the purchased insurance can cover all included and self-paid activities in the itinerary.
   甲方必須購買旅遊綜合保險及認清承保範圍。（包括但不限於）甲方自行購買旅遊綜合保險謹記查核所購買的保險能夠覆蓋行程中之各項已包及自費活動。
2. Party A has not purchased any travel insurance. When encountering special circumstances beyond Party B's control, (including but not limited to) traffic delays, natural disasters, wars, political unrest, bad weather, typhoons, technical problems with transportation, industrial actions, and strikes , loss of documents or property; or even various activities included in the itinerary or at one's own expense, resulting in additional expenses including accommodation, meals, transportation costs or losses, Party A shall bear the relevant risks and responsibilities.
   甲方沒有購買任何旅遊保險，當遇到乙方不能控制之特殊情況，（包括但不限於）交通延誤、天災、戰爭、政治動盪、天氣惡劣、颱風、交通工具發生技術問題、工業行動影響、罷工、證件或財物遺失；甚至於行程上所包括或自費之各項活動等，而引致額外支出包括住宿、膳食、交通之費用或損失，甲方需自行承擔有關風險及責任。
3. For the safety and interests of Party A, Party B requires all Party A to purchase travel insurance before departure. Party A must carefully read the coverage and relevant terms in the policy (especially the various exclusions of travel insurance) to ensure that Adequate protection will be provided in case of accidents during the group itinerary and scheduled activities. If Party A has purchased travel insurance on its own, Party A is kindly requested to provide the name of the travel insurance company and policy number and other information to Party B for records.
   In the event of any special circumstances or flight delays beyond Party B's control, Party A needs to file an insurance claim. Party A is kindly requested to contact the insurance company on its own.
   為甲方之安全及利益著想，乙方要求所有甲方在出發前必須購買旅遊保險，甲方並必須細閱保單內之保障範圍及有關條款(尤其旅遊保險之各種不保事項)，以確保隨團行程及其安排活動期間意外發生時得到充足保障。若甲方已自行購買旅遊保險，懇請甲方將旅遊保險公司名稱及保單編號等資料提供給乙方以作記錄。
   遇到任何乙方不能控制之特殊情況或航班延誤，導致甲方需提出保險索償，懇請甲方自行與保險公司聯絡。
4. For other issues that are not Party B's responsibility, refund requests will not be accepted.
   非乙方之責的其他問題，恕不接受退費要求。
5. Due to security issues and customs declaration procedures involved, Party B will not assist Party A in sending back items that Party A has missed during the journey.
   基於安全問題及涉及海關申報手續，乙方不會協助將甲方於旅程中遺漏之物品寄回。
6. The services directly provided by Party B (excluding entrusted cooperative agencies) shall be interpreted in accordance with Moroccan law. 7. By paying the deposit, Party A agrees to all the terms listed on this itinerary quotation.

8. Party B reserves the final right to accept or reject the registration.

1.     I recognise the inherent risks involved in riding and handling camels, including but not limited to bites, kicks, abrasions, injuries from falls, slips and trips and allergic reactions and psychological trauma. I understand the camel riding can be risky in some situations and as such undertake the activities at my own risk.

2.     The proprietor reserves the right to request that riders/ sharers/ loaners/ visitors or any other person using thefacilities or accompanying clients do leave in circumstances where in the opinion of the proprietor and/or its management, a person is creating a dangerous situation, riding in a dangerous manner and/or where a person is mistreating a camel or acting irresponsibly.

3.     All clients, and any person accompanying them, must act in accordance with the current Morocco Government guidance regarding their use of the facilities, including (but not limited to) regular sanitisation, ensuring that no one within their group has any COVID-19 symptoms, and maintaining social distancing at all times while at the premises.

4.     Save for death or personal injury caused by negligence, Travel Yalla Morocco nor its staff does not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to hirers, riders, camels, owners, spectators, property, vehicles and their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever during their attendance at the premises in connection with the usage of any of the camel facilities. Riding, working with camels and handling camels can be dangerous and camels may be unpredictable. Clients who ride camels do so at their own risk and the proprietor will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss.
